6:45am - 7:30am – check-in and bib collection

8am – 30km competitors start

7:30am - 8am – additional check-in for 2.5km

8:15am – 2.5km competitors start

8am - 8:30am – additional check-in for 15km

9am – 15km competitors start

11:30am – presentation/prize giving

2pm – event completes

This schedule allows the 15km competitors the opportunity to run with their child/ren in the 2.5km event prior to participating in the 15km.

Cut offs

All competitors must have completed the course by 2pm. This allows 6 hours for the 30km competitors, 5 hours for the 15km event and 5.45 hours for the 2.5km.


We’re going cupless!

Let’s look after our environment. The event organisers will not be providing any disposable cups at either of the drink/aid stations. Please bring your own bottle or drinking vessel and fill up from the containers provided. Water and Tailwind Nutrition drink will be available.

First aid and checkpoints

There will be a first-aid base station established at the Dumaresq Dam picnic area.

In addition, there will be one major first-aid checkpoint on the 15km/30km course which will be located on Mt Duval at approximately 7km. This first-aid station will have a 4WD vehicle, water, lollies and first aid officers.
