Refunds

More than 30 days from the event (before 23 Aug 2018) – 50% refund.   

29 days or less from the event date (after 24 Aug 2018) – No Refund – Transfer only.

Event T-shirts that have been ordered cannot be refunded as these are custom made apparel. Please arrange for pick- up of such items at the event. Duval Dam Buster Trail Run organisers will not mail t-shirts.

 

Transfers

 Registrations may be transferred to another participant. Transfer cost is a flat $25 and entries can be transferred to anyone who is eligible to enter the event. 

The transferor (person transferring the entry) will need to arrange reimbursement for the entry between the parties. An email from the original registered participant must be received by the organisers at least 24 hours prior to race check-in to advise transferee details. 

Flat fee of $25 will apply to all transfers if you advise us by email 7am on Saturday 22 September 2018. To initiate an entry transfer, you will need to email your name and request to info@duvaldambuster.com.au

Do NOT contact the Organisers on Facebook or by phone to request a refund or transfer. Do not email any other email address to ask for a refund. 

All refunds MUST go through the email address info@duvaldambuster.com.au. No withdrawal and refund requests will be taken over the phone or on facebook, twitter or instagram!.

ALL transfers are to be made via email prior to the event, up to 24 hours prior to the start of race check-in (ie. by 7am on Saturday 22 September 2018).

 

Event cancellation

If the event has to be cancelled due to weather conditions, natural disaster, acts of god, terrorism, war or any other reason so deemed by the organisers, all efforts will be made to reschedule the event at a later date. If the event is rescheduled and you are unable to make the new date, no refunds will be issued.

You will be notified of the cancellation by email and announcements will be made on the home page of the DDB website. Please note the event will not be cancelled due to rain. Race organisers will review the track conditions if required in the last week leading up to the event and update everyone via the event website and facebook.
